At Branded we have decided to sell our Wagyu “on the hook” to a few of the nation’s top butchers and purveyors. Being able to manage our supply chain closely with a small team of qualified individuals allows us to keep a keen eye on the quality of our product. This is and will ALWAYS be our top priority.
